RMS Spring Week 2 Recap

This week spring sports were boys’ soccer, track and field, with exciting wins and new scores, this week packed a punch in sports!

Soccer players

First, on Tuesday March-17th the Rams Soccer team walked on the field against Wake Forest Middle. With it being cold outside, the rams we’re working great together! Wake Forest also did good with the score at the end of first quarter 0-0, but Wake Forest thought they had the upper hand, but they did not score once. The score being 2-0 rams for the win.

Next Day, on Wednesday March-18th was a Track & Field meet against Wendell and Wake Forest that will go down in history and Rolesville Middle School. The evening started with shot-put and long jump. In the middle of those events the parents and students start an arriving. watch the running events start. At the end of the meet, we found out Liam Galloway score the highest long jump in school history.

Last but not least. Next the Softball season starts on Thursday 26th . Come out and support the lady Rams.

Next week. The track & field meet will be at Heritage Middle School on Wednesday  25th,  the Soccer team is  going to Wendell Middle School on Tuesday 24th, and the Softball team will be at home on Thursday for a Doubleheader against Neuse River Middle.
