SPORT PHYSICALS & Accident Insurance

All physicals are good for one year.  There are several area locations to choose from, some that take walk-ins, and are also low cost if you cannot get into your Regular Doctor’s Office:

Information on Student Accident Insurance:

If your child is involved in the following activities, he or she must have accident insurance:

• athletic programs — whether interscholastic or intramural
• marching bands
• school patrols
• cheerleaders
• any activity group making an overnight or extended trip

• Parking:  On Haywood St or Tipton Lot behind Gym (go past Huts up to Haywood)
• Gate Admission: $6.00 Cash or GoFan.co (WCPSS staff & children <5 free)
• Gates Open:  Gates open at 3:30 for 4pm Games (Enter by Softball Field Steps)
• Limited Bathrooms available in the Building
