Meets start ~3:45 with Field Events, followed by Running events at 4pm.  Meets usually end ~5:30pm

• Meets start with all Field Events being conducted simultaneously
• Shot Put, Long & High Jumps are done continuously throughout meet
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Meter  Dash (7th grade only)
• 100 Meter Dash (Open)
