• Athlete Pick-Up after Practice – IN THE BUS LOOP, Near the Cafeteria Entrance and Supervised by a Coach.

• NO paper copies of Athletic Forms will be accepted this school year.

• ALL Athletic Forms will be submitted and stored on www.DragonflyMAX.com

• OrthoNC offers $10 Sports Physicals from 8:00am – 8:00pm daily

• ORTHONC Sports Physicals Appointments can be made online, or walk-ins are accepted at: 6602 Knightdale Blvd, Suite 310, Knightdale, NC 27545 – Located on the 3rd floor of the REX building, across Knightdale Blvd from Target
