EmergeOrtho is excited to once again offer our $10 Sports Physical event! This year Sports Physicals night will take place on Thursday, May 18th, 4:00p – 7:00pm at multiple locations around the Triangle. Please see below for the list of participating locations. Cash or check ONLY. Please advise student-athletes to fill out the medical history portion of the physical form, signed and dated by a parent/guardian.  As always, ALL proceeds are donated back to the schools! A win-win for your student-athletes and your school!
