Meets start ~3:45 with Field Events, followed by Running events at 4pm. Meets usually end ~5:30pm

Order of Events (Girls, then Boys):
- Meets start with all Field Events being conducted simultaneously
- Shot Put, Long & High Jumps are done continuously throughout meet
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Meter Dash (7th grade only)
- 100 Meter Dash (Open)
- 400 Meter Run
- 200 Meter Run
- 800 Meter Run
- 4 x 100 Meter Relay
- 4 x 400 Meter Relay
Spring 2024 Track & Field Recap:
- Girls’ Track & Field went Undefeated to become Central Conference Champions!
- Boys’ Track & Field were very competitive and had some runners who never lost!
