HOW TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT FOR SPORTS ON DRAGONFLY PLATFORM
NEW POLICY! FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND GAMES
Students who want to attend Soccer and Track have 2 options:
1- go the cafeteria at 2:30 and wait until 3:30 when gate opens
2- go home and come back WITH a Parent to the games
Students may NOT go off campus and Return to the games without a parent.
ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY FOR CARROLL STUDENT-ATHLETES
1. All Students have to complete all the WCPSS Registration Forms in Dragon Fly Max.
2. All Students have to have a current Physical AND Medical Form UPLOADED to the Dragonfly system. Physicals can be used for 395 days. (please let us know if you want to use a Physical you turned in last year so we can locate and send to you to upload)
3. All students will have been promoted from the previous grade.
4. Positive academic, character, & leadership standing in at least five of six current courses. All of the student’s teachers must complete a review for each student before and during the season.
If 1-4 are met, you will be given a Ticket to Play to show you are Cleared by Coach Watkins or a Coaching Staff Member.
A potential player may not participate in tryouts, workouts, or practices until all of the above qualification are met.
