Girls and Boys Basketball: 3:30-5:30

PARTICIPATION FORMS AND PHYSICAL MUST BE UPLOADED ON DRAGONFLYMAX BEFORE TRYOUTS BEGIN. Students who submit forms on the first day of tryouts will miss tryout time while forms are processed and checked.  Tryouts end at 5 PM.  Rides should pick students up promptly.

Please complete the forms fully and carefully.  Forms that have missing/incorrect information or signatures will be returned and the student will not be eligible to try out until the forms are complete.  

Eligibility Requirements: 

• 1. Must be in  7th or 8th Grade

• 2. Pass 3 out of 4 core classes from prior semester

• 3. Miss no more than 14 days of school from prior semester

• 4. Must not have turned 15 on or before August 31st, 2023
