ALL ATHLETES – Before Tryouts you must complete the following:
- Be sure you are eligible to try out for sports. Visit https://www.wcpss.net/Page/1459 for a complete list of eligibility requirements and athletic policies.
- Have a parent/guardian create a DragonFly Account.

- Get a Physical completed by a DOCTOR! (pages 6&7 of the bitly link below)
- Complete all sections of the Middle School Athletic Participation Form. https://bit.ly/WakeAthForm
- Submit ALL completed sections of the Athletic Participation Form to DragonFly Account.
- Select the sport you are interested in “Boy’s Soccer-Middle School, Softball – Middle School, Mixed Track, Outdoor – Varsity”
ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE Feb 14th
Tryouts start Feb. 21st – Wear a white shirt
